TRUSTEE

Mr. Thangaperumal is a development professional with more than 19 years of experience in leading Child Protection projects across Asia. His core areas of work also include Livelihood, Disaster Management and Disability.

SHAKILA MUTHUSWAMY

TRUSTEE

Ms. Shakila has more than 10 years of experience in the banking sector, specifically focusing on microfinance and financial empowerment of women in poverty. She has successfully implemented initiatives that have improved the economic stability

SUBRAMANIAM SIVA

TRUSTEE

Mr. Subramania Siva, is a retired officer from the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. As the State Convener of Tamil Nadu People’s Forum for Land Rights, he works towards improving the lives of tribal communities.

SARALA SRIDHAR

TRUSTEE

Ms. Sarala has worked in the development sector 17 years with expertise in counselling and fundraising. She is also the Managing Trustee of Samuthra Trust, a trust which works towards women and child empowerment.

HEMIMA RAJASINGH

TRUSTEE

Ms. Hemima has been working for women empowerment and specially-abled children for the past 15 years. She is also a project coordinator of SIVA Trust, an NGO in Tamil Nadu. Her commitment led to initiatives that have positively impacted many lives.

EZEKIEL KANAVALLI

PROGRAMME OFFICER

Ezekiel oversees all CIF projects and is involved in project design, project implementation, capacity building, monitoring & evaluation and grassroots-level coordination. He is certified in working on Child Well being.

S.ANNE PRIYA

PROGRAMME MANAGER

Anne manages programmes in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, with a special focus on the Initiatives for Married Adolescent Girls’ Empowerment project. Her core areas of work are women empowerment and socio-economic development.

SUBRAT K PANDA

PROGRAMME OFFICER

Subrat oversees operations of projects based in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Odisha. His core areas of work include girl child development, and child protection. He is dedicated to creating sustainable environments for vulnerable communities.

MARKANDAY MISHRA

PROJECT COORDINATOR, MICA PROJECT

He manages the Mica project which addresses Child Labour in Mica Mines. His core areas of work is integrated rural development with a focus on agro-based livelihood & community development.

DHEENA J

EDUCATION OFFICER, THE MICA PROJECT

Dheena oversees field activities as well as the education component of The Mica project in Jharkhand. He manages the child-led interventions of this project. His efforts led to improvements in educational outcomes.

JENIFAR Y

PROJECT COORDINATOR, CHILDREN GOOD

Jenifar manages the Children GOOD project, which addresses exploitation in the Devadasi System. Her core expertise includes Child Protection. She is committed to advocating for the rights and safety of vulnerable children.

Gowri works on CIF’s IMAGE project communications, creating content in local languages for children and promoting the project’s work across various platforms.

OFFICE MANAGER

Mary Flora manages the administrative and HR operations at CIF. She coordinates with vendors, manages office operations, human resources and staff care.

FINANCE OFFICER, COIMBATORE

Deepa manages the accounting, finances, & administrative operations at the CIF registered office in Coimbatore. She also manages all the office activities & ensure efficient functioning

ACCOUNTANT

Diligent Tally ERP accountant adept at managing AR, AP, BRS, GL, payroll, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Praveen

OFFICE ASSISTANT

Praveen is the backbone of all the administrative operations. He takes care of staff requirements, engages with vendors and suppliers and mobilizes operational resources for projects.

VAISHNAVI GUPTA

COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR

Vaishnavi oversees CIF’s social media presence and works on project documentation, marketing communications, and donor reporting. She plays a crucial role in enhancing the organization’s visibility.

Apeksha

COMMUNICATION COORDINATOR

Apeksha is specialized in project documentation as Associate for the Empowerment for GOOD project. She collaborate with field teams to develop reports, case studies, articles, & factsheets that highlight project’s impact.

Britney Priya

PROJECT COORDINATOR

With over a year of experience working with the Children of India Foundation, she has served as a Field Officer for the DtZ SUFASEC project for nine months (from June 2023 to February 2024). Currently, She is serving as a Coordinator for the DtZ SUFASEC project in Chennai for the past four months.

Sreenivas

FINANCE OFFICER

Sreenivas has 15+ years of NGO Accounts experience, he worked in Society of Catholic Apostolate and Bangalore Multipurpose Social Service Society (BMSSS). He is handling GOOD AND SUFASEC PROJECT ACCOUNTING in the organisation

Kondappa

PROJECT COORDINATOR

K.V. Kondappa, A master of Sociology, has 30 years of experience in the developmental sector. Since 1998, he has worked in the field of Child Protection in different NGOs in Andhra Pradesh. He is working with CIF on Step up fight against sexual exploitation of children.

Swati manages the CIF’s website and takes care of SEO related stuff. Assist the communication and fundraising team with the website for various projects in India.

Aryan Singh

Communication Associate

Aryan, a marketing enthusiast from Kolkata, focuses on image building and organic growth. He’s pursuing a BBA at St. Joseph’s University, Bangalore. He enjoys football and writing jingles.

Tisha Ahuja

Communication Associate

Tisha manages CIF’s social media presence and handles day-to-day communication activities. She writes and designs case storybooks, blogs for the website, documents projects, and creates newsletters.
