Ezekiel oversees all programmes at the organisation and plays a key role in project design, monitoring and evaluation. He is actively involved in financial oversight, staff capacity building, and team coordination. With strong expertise in child rights and protection, he supports the organisation in strengthening quality programme implementation and safeguarding children’s well-being.

Anne serves as the Programme and Partnerships Lead at Children of India Foundation. She guides programme implementation and strengthens collaborations with donors, partners, and stakeholders. She also manages projects in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, ensuring effective coordination and quality implementation at the field level. With a strong focus on child rights and protection, Anne works towards mobilising resources, building strategic partnerships, and supporting programme teams to create sustainable impact for vulnerable children and their communities.

Markanday leads programmes in Jharkhand, which focuses on addressing child labour in mica mining communities. His work centres on integrated rural development, with a strong emphasis on agro-based livelihoods and community development. He also brings expertise in building networks and fostering collaborations with stakeholders to strengthen community-driven initiatives.

Jenifar leads the programmes in Karnataka, focusing on addressing child exploitation linked to the Devadasi system. She plays a key role in coordinating field activities and working closely with communities to strengthen child protection mechanisms. With strong expertise in child protection and community engagement, Jenifar is deeply committed to advocating for the rights, dignity, and safety of vulnerable children and supporting their access to education and protection services.

Dheena oversees the field operations and the education component of the MICA Project in Jharkhand. He plays a key role in coordinating programme activities at the community level and ensuring effective implementation in the field. Dheena also leads the child-led interventions, supporting children’s groups and encouraging their active participation in addressing issues related to child rights, education, and protection within their communities.

Deepa serves as the Finance Manager and oversees the organisation’s accounting, financial management, and administrative operations at the registered office in Coimbatore. She is responsible for maintaining financial records, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with organisational and statutory requirements. Deepa also coordinates office administration and day-to-day operational activities, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the organisation. She additionally provides financial management support to the CCCEP project implemented in Coimbatore and Bangalore.

Sujithra manages financial operations from the Coimbatore office. She is responsible for budgeting support, procurement processes, contract management, and compiling invoices and bills. Sujithra also provides financial management support for the MICA and Children GOOD projects, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with financial procedures.

Kavya serves as the Communication Officer for the Children GOOD Project at Children of India Foundation. She develops communication materials including case studies, video documentation, storybooks, and IEC resources. Kavya supports donor reporting and proposal development while working closely with programme teams to document project learnings and impact.

Radhika serves as the Finance Manager and oversees the organisation’s overall financial operations. She provides financial management support for the Children Learn Project and works closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial planning, reporting, and statutory compliance. Radhika also manages the online accounting system and acts as the external point of contact for finance-related matters, ensuring smooth coordination with partners, auditors, and stakeholders.
