Ms. Shakila has more than 10 years of experience in the banking sector, specifically focusing on microfinance and financial empowerment of women in poverty. She has successfully implemented initiatives that have improved the economic stability

SUBRAMANIAM SIVA

TRUSTEE

Mr. Subramania Siva, is a retired officer from the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. As the State Convener of Tamil Nadu People’s Forum for Land Rights, he works towards improving the lives of tribal communities.

SARALA SRIDHAR

TRUSTEE

Ms. Sarala has worked in the development sector 17 years with expertise in counselling and fundraising. She is also the Managing Trustee of Samuthra Trust, a trust which works towards women and child empowerment.

HEMIMA RAJASINGH

TRUSTEE

Ms. Hemima has been working for women empowerment and specially-abled children for the past 15 years. She is also a project coordinator of SIVA Trust, an NGO in Tamil Nadu. Her commitment led to initiatives that have positively impacted many lives.

Dr SATHIYAPRIYA

TRUSTEE

Dr. Sathiyapriya is a seasoned development professional with nine years of experience leading government-supported projects focused on girl child education and women’s empowerment through education, counselling, and skill-building in and around Coimbatore.

PROGRAMME OFFICER

Ezekiel oversees all CIF projects and is involved in project design, project implementation, capacity building, monitoring & evaluation and grassroots-level coordination. He is certified in working on Child Well being.

S.ANNE PRIYA

PROGRAMME MANAGER

Anne manages programmes in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, with a special focus on the Initiatives for Married Adolescent Girls’ Empowerment project. Her core areas of work are women empowerment and socio-economic development.

SUBRAT K PANDA

PROGRAMME OFFICER

Subrat oversees operations of projects based in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Odisha. His core areas of work include girl child development, and child protection. He is dedicated to creating sustainable environments for vulnerable communities.

MARKANDAY MISHRA

PROJECT COORDINATOR, MICA PROJECT

He manages the Mica project which addresses Child Labour in Mica Mines. His core areas of work is integrated rural development with a focus on agro-based livelihood & community development.

DHEENA J

EDUCATION OFFICER, THE MICA PROJECT

Dheena oversees field activities as well as the education component of The Mica project in Jharkhand. He manages the child-led interventions of this project. His efforts led to improvements in educational outcomes.

JENIFAR Y

PROJECT COORDINATOR, CHILDREN GOOD

Jenifar manages the Children GOOD project, which addresses exploitation in the Devadasi System. Her core expertise includes Child Protection. She is committed to advocating for the rights and safety of vulnerable children.

Mary Flora manages the administrative and HR operations at CIF. She coordinates with vendors, manages office operations, human resources and staff care.

FINANCE OFFICER, COIMBATORE

Deepa manages the accounting, finances, & administrative operations at the CIF registered office in Coimbatore. She also manages all the office activities & ensure efficient functioning

FINANCE OFFICER

Sujithra, a distinction holder in MCA, manages financial operations from our Coimbatore office. Her responsibilities include budgeting, procurement, contract management, online accounting, and compiling invoices and bills from various project locations.

PRAVEEN

OFFICE ASSISTANT

Praveen is the backbone of all the administrative operations. He takes care of staff requirements, engages with vendors and suppliers and mobilizes operational resources for projects.

RISHI R

PROJECT OFFICER- COMMUNICATION

Rishi R leads communications for the SUFASEC project at CIF, creating engaging content on online safety and child protection. He manages social media, designs campaign materials, and supports planning and community engagement.

VAISHNAVI GUPTA

COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR

Vaishnavi oversees CIF’s social media presence and works on project documentation, marketing communications, and donor reporting. She plays a crucial role in enhancing the organization’s visibility.

She work as an finance officer at Children of india foundation. With 9 years of experience in financial reporting, bookkeeping, I ensure accurate and timely financial records for the organization. Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling reports, and supporting day-to-day financial operations
